Managing Partner Bill Lett was part of panel discussion at an industry event held by the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA) and sponsored by M. Sullivan & Son Limited – Sullivan at Nipissing University in The City of North Bay yesterday. Over 50 attendees including Owner representatives, Architects, Consultants and Subtrades were in attendance with discussion on collaboration, high performing teams, construction cost certainty and more timely project delivery.
