Every February, our team gathers at Blue Mountain to reflect on the past year, celebrate our successes, and ambitiously plan for the year ahead. Despite the freezing cold temperatures last week and a snowstorm. We value these times, gathering outside of work to strengthen relationships and plot a course for the year ahead as a team.
