Who Andrew is
Andrew brings over twenty years of professional experience to the table, with a diverse background that includes roles as a Project Manager, BIM specialist, and Senior Architectural Technologist. Currently, he places a strong emphasis on integrated project delivery. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to a wide range of projects in the institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, both in Ontario and across Canada.
Outside of Unity, Andrew spends much of his time outdoors with his wife and daughter and has a passion for flyfishing, golf, and downhill skiing.

Why Andrew Does it
Andrew recognizes the vital role of collaboration throughout the lifecycle of specialized projects. He champions the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach, which fosters comprehensive teamwork throughout the project's duration, resulting in efficient project deliveries that uphold the values established during validation and Go/No-Go. Over the last 6 years, Andrew has continued to pursue the IPD model, striving to achieve project success by fostering collaboration and implementing lean methodologies for the benefit of clients.
What Andrew Does
Currently, Andrew is the Senior Project Lead for the Kitchener Indoor Recreation Centre, executed under the IPD AIA contract. Leveraging his background as an Architectural Technologist and BIM specialist, Andrew draws from his extensive experience to guide the team in delivering projects efficiently while setting practical and attainable goals for all stakeholders.

“I’ve chosen to support Middle Grand Chapter of Trout Unlimited Canada, as a passionate angler and conservationist, I am an active member of the board of directors. Our Chapter's primary objectives revolve around the preservation and rejuvenation of freshwater ecosystems and their cold-water resources. Our goals include safeguarding headwaters and tributaries, enhancing tributary ecological resilience, bolstering populations of native and naturalized cold-water species, educating watershed residents on the watershed's significance, and advocating for sustainable development practices in our region.”
