Looking to “take the waterfront back”, this proposed multi-use building imagines a 100 suite, luxury condominium featuring a variety of types of units such as townhouses, lofts and penthouses as well as underground parking for residents and surface parking for visitors. The project will include ground floor retail and building amenity space on multiple levels.

The project would close an existing lake-front street to motorized traffic and replace it with walking trails and landscaped areas along Peterborough’s waterfront.
