In his personal life, Michael embraces the outdoors with a passion, whether he's conquering running trails, tending to his garden, or carving through alpine slopes. He also cherishes the countless delightful adventures shared with his wife and two young sons.
“Buildings can inspire and create pride of place. Architecture can mirror ambition to reflect a world that we hope to see.”

Giving
To fulfill our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, every member of the Unity team has chosen an organization that aligns with their personal values and purpose. Unity has made a donation on behalf of each team member to their chosen organization.
Why Michael chose: United Nations World Food Programme
“I chose to support the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). The WFP uses food assistance to build a pathway to peace, stability, and prosperity for people recovering from conflict, disasters, and the impact of climate change. The concept of using food, our most basic human need, as a catalyst for change is powerful. Using what connects us to unite us and create a better world.”
