Construction Update for Havelock LTC!

We're excited to share a significant construction milestone at our new Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in the picturesque township of Havelock Belmont Methuen. With the recent erection of the trusses, the building’s structure is now taking shape, soon to become a state-of-the-art home for 128 residents.

This two-storey facility features four Resident Home Areas (RHAs), each designed around a central courtyard to enhance both physical and cognitive well-being. The innovative loop design minimizes travel time, providing an 'indoor track' that residents can safely enjoy.

The facility will boast large dining areas, cozy lounges, and fully-equipped bath and tub rooms. The ground floor's Fireside Lounge, which connects to an outdoor patio, offers residents a perfect setting for events and relaxation in good weather.
