Nicholls Oval Washroom Pavilion

The new washroom pavilion at Nicholls Oval Park is now open! This is the first City washroom to incorporate inclusive design. It includes six water closet rooms, one barrier-free washroom, three change rooms complete with baby change tables, and communal sinks. Thank you to the Trent Queer Collective (TQC) for their input on inclusive washroom design that provided the starting point for the layout of the pavilion, and to contractor Kawartha Capital Construction for a brilliant job on the construction!
