This 64-unit project will help to address the Peterborough housing shortage in a meaningful way. In the downtown, it will be located near major amenities including retail, culture, parks and transit. Six storeys in height, the project includes common spaces for the residents helping to establish a sense of belonging and home. To create identity, it will have a large exterior mural by the famous Canadian artist Alex Bierk.

The project is being supported though the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s Rental Construction Financing initiative and will include universal design, accessibility and sustainability upgrades. The envelope of the building includes major performance upgrades including fiberglass window systems and increased insulation values that will result in lower day-to-day operating costs for the tenants. Construction has begun on this project with occupancy expected in early 2022
