As our new Director of Project Advancement, Matthew brings a wealth of project management experience across multiple industries. With expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Lean methodologies, he has successfully led diverse teams and complex initiatives. His certifications as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Change Management Professional make him a perfect fit to support our Project Leads and drive success across Unity's projects.
